The open care unit currently consists of five employees and a unit manager and is now expanding with a new position. Perhaps you are the one we are looking for! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The position is a shared role where you will work both with family treatment to strengthen and create sustainable solutions in families, and with support and treatment interventions aimed at individuals with harmful use or dependence on alcohol, drugs, and/or gambling. As a practitioner, you will primarily work with assessed interventions, where your role is to support, motivate, and treat individuals and families, establish implementation plans, document, and follow up on interventions. The work is based on the needs of individuals and families and their own resources and abilities. Collaboration with social workers and other actors is an important part of the work.
In light of the new Social Services Act, we are engaged in a development project focusing on preventive work and service interventions, where you have the opportunity to influence.
The work mainly takes place during the day, but some evening and morning work may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- Relevant higher education, such as a social worker or other equivalent education.
- Ability to work according to documentation requirements and routines.
- Experience in social work.
- Driving license B.
Desirable
- Training in relevant treatment methods.
- Some knowledge of SoL, LVU, LVM, and confidentiality legislation.
- Experience in treatment work with individuals with dependency issues.
- Experience in family treatment work.
Personal Qualities
- Ability to build trusting relationships with both children and adults.
- Flexible with a good ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Good collaboration skills and interest in cooperation.
- Ethical approach and respect for the individual and families' integrity.
